As it is beneficial to all parties, landowner, recipient, plan commission members, and Town Board members to view the site of the requested action, the landowner gives implied consent for access to the questioned land.

The visitations shall be completed between the date of the requested change of status of the land and the final approval by the Vermont Town Board. The site visit will be during a regularly scheduled Plan Commission site meeting, but may require follow-up visits and/or visits by members unable to attend at the scheduled time. Any visit by public officers must be during regular working hours, unless approved by the landowner.
