Notice is Hereby Given that a special town meeting of the Town of Vermont, Dane County, Wisconsin, will be held in the Town Hall at 4017 County Highway JJ, Black Earth, Wisconsin on November 5, 2007 immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2008 town budget which begins at 7:30 p.m. for the following purpose.

1. To approve the total highway expenditures for 2008 pursuant to Sec. 82.03 of Wis. Statutes.

2. To approve the 2007 town tax levy to be paid in 2008 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wis. Statutes.
