Notice is Hereby Given that a special town meeting of the Town of Vermont, Dane County, Wisconsin, will be held in the Town Hall at 4017 County Highway JJ, Black Earth, Wisconsin on November 7, 2011 immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2012 town budget which begins at 7:00 p.m. for the following purpose.

1. To approve the total highway expenditures for 2012 pursuant to Sec. 82.03 of Wis. Statutes.

2. To approve the 2011 town tax levy to be paid in 2012 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wis. Statutes.
