Notice is Hereby Given that a special town meeting of the Town of Vermont, Dane County, Wisconsin, will be held in the Town Hall at 4017 County Highway JJ, Black Earth, Wisconsin on November 10, 2008 immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2009 town budget which begins at 6:30 p.m. for the following purpose.

1. To approve the total highway expenditures for 2009 pursuant to Sec. 82.03 of Wis. Statutes.

2. To approve the 2008 town tax levy to be paid in 2009 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wis. Statutes.
